Vehicle pickup and delivery service

As a means of elevating customer convenience, Al Masaood Automobiles has recently introduced a first-of-its-kind vehicle pick-up and delivery service to complement  the company's continuing efforts to ensure the health, well-being and safety of the community against the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Under the new service, cars can be picked up from home for their scheduled maintenance and service checks and delivered straight to their doorsteps. 

Accessing the service can be done in three simple steps--customers can book the appointment using the Al Masaood Auto App where arrangements can be made for the car's pick-up and delivery; a service advisor will get in touch with the customer to inform them about the status of the vehicle being serviced, and then payment transactions can be made before or during time of delivery.

The service is featured in the Al Masaood Auto App for Nissan, INFINITI and Renault, which has been created to help address the vehicle needs of AMA customers. The app offers other key features like service appointment bookings, roadside assistance and live chat service, and presents users with a portfolio of new and certified pre-owned vehicle models as well as vehicle accessories and other services.
