COVID-19 updates GENERAL FAQ

- During the Holy Month of Ramadan, our showrooms will operate daily from 10am to 5pm and  Closed on Friday (note: Khalidiya and Najda Street showrooms open from 8pm to 9:30pm every evening except Fridays).

- Our service centres in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region will continue to support our aftersales customers from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, daily except for Fridays until further notice.

- Periodic maintenance and vehicle repairs will be provided upon scheduling a service booking. In addition, our service centres will continue to support customers in need of roadside emergency services when required. 

We also provide Door to Door Service. Al Masaood Automobiles will pick-up, service and drop off your vehicle without leaving your home.

While we will continue to provide roadside emergency services when required, Al Masaood Automobiles has also enabled door to door services.

- Disinfection of all areas across all our properties including the implementation of additional hygiene and cleaning trainings for our housekeeping teams;

- Placing hand sanitizers for guests at all entry and exits;

- Sanitization of the interior and exterior of our vehicles on display

- All staff in the reception and workshops wearing gloves and masks

Covering the vehicle interior touching point (steering wheel, seat & gear) and remove it before we handover it to customer.

Free of charge disinfect service to all vehicles after maintenance.
